3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are handled through Google Play, Apple App Store, or RevenueCat, depending on your platform. All purchases are final unless required by law. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Arc Synergy and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Arc Synergy is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arc Synergy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users by updating the effective date and posting the new Terms on this page.
