This Privacy Policy explains how Arc Synergy ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Arc Synergy: Adult Clinical Screeners mobile application (the "App"). This policy applies specifically to the Adult Clinical Screeners app and is separate from any other Arc Synergy product.

Tldr: Arc Synergy: Adult Clinical Screeners works entirely on your device. We do not require an account, we do not collect patient information, and no screening data ever leaves your device or is stored on our servers.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App is designed to operate fully offline. We do not collect, receive, transmit, or store:

Patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or other patient identifiers
Screening responses, scores, notes, or generated reports
Clinician accounts, email addresses, or login credentials (the App has no account system)
Location data, contacts, or device analytics tied to your identity

Data You Enter Stays on Your Device

Any information you enter into the App, such as patient age, screening findings, clinician notes, and impressions, is stored locally on your device only. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party. If you delete the App, this locally stored data is removed with it. You are responsible for the security of your device and for handling any information you enter in accordance with your professional and legal obligations, including patient privacy laws such as HIPAA.

Purchases

The App is free to download and offers a one-time purchase to unlock full functionality. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and purchase status is managed through RevenueCat, our in-app purchase provider. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat and the relevant app store process transaction information (such as an anonymized purchase identifier) solely to verify and restore your purchase. This process does not involve any patient information or screening data. Please refer to the privacy policies of Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for details on how they handle transaction data.

Support Communications

If you contact us for support (for example, by email), we will receive the information you choose to share, such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you and do not use it for any other purpose.

Children's Privacy

The App is a professional tool intended for use by licensed clinicians. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, within the App or on this page.
